Make these every couple of years around Easter. The eggs whites are soaked in pickled beet juice overnight. I added chives, dill, homemade pickled red onions, and chili crisp (assorted).

    does the beet juice leave a flavour because its from pickled beets? (is it like, pickled beets that have been made into juice, or the leftover pickling brine that has already become coloured by the beets?)
